Welcome to Carly & James. These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from carlyjames-noosa.com. By using our site, you're agreeing to them — so here they are in plain English.

1. Who we are

Carly & James is an online boutique operated by E-Wizards Group Ltd (Company No. 16526569), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We sell to customers in Australia, and all prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — acceptance happens when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in limited cases (for example, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full straight away.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices include applicable taxes. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and others). Payment is processed securely — we never see or store your full card details. While we do our best to keep pricing accurate, if a genuine pricing error occurs we'll contact you before proceeding with your order.

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Processing takes 1–2 business days and standard tracked delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, as some items ship from our international fulfilment partners. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items. Full conditions and the step-by-step process are in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour can occur due to screen settings and lighting in photography. Measurements in size guides are approximate. If something arrives meaningfully different from how it was described, that's covered under our faulty/incorrect item process — we'll make it right.

7. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use our content for unlawful purposes.

8. Our content

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
